CARTAGENA TRACK DAYS VIDEO & DIRECTIONS
As you may have noticed, our video from a Cartagena track day seems to be in the form of two wheels?! I don’t understand either. If you have one from a real form of motorsport please contact us.
CARTAGENA TRACK DAY INFORMATION
Track days at Cartagena have been running successfully for a number of years. The circuit is 3.5 km in length, consisting of a 610m straight, 10 left turns and 8 right turns. Cartagena has a width of 12m meters and with good amounts of run-off it is great for track days.
The circuit itself is quite technical, with a very interesting chicane towards the end of the lap. Cartagena was designed for both new and experienced track day drivers and combined with the modern safety features in place every driver’s mind is at rest.
One of the main bonuses of a track day at Cartagena is it’s location; the circuit is usually bathed in sunshine – we know how drivers don’t like getting wet!
The Cartagena circuit also has good, modern facilities including a restaurant, bathrooms, showers and a hospital area. If you get bored of your track day, there’s even a go-karting circuit to keep you entertained.
SUMMARY: The Cartagena circuit is an excellent facility, if a long way from home. However, it’s well worth the journey, as you’re pretty much guaranteed plenty of sunshine and a dry track.
