CROIX-EN-TERNOIS VIDEO & DIRECTIONS - TO FRANCE!

The driver below doesn’t seem to like apexs too much and can’t heel-and-toe brilliantly. If you have a track day video from Croix-en-Ternois please email it to us.

CROIX-EN-TERNOIS TRACKDAY INFORMATION

The Croix-en-Ternois track is just over one mile in length; and well known for its long start/finish straight and intricate infield portion.

It is not the fastest circuit in France, but track day drivers will appreciate the technical bends as a good base to test out their cars. We have tested a few cars at Croix-en-Ternois and have found it perfect for traction assessment and basic car set-up.

Croix-en-Ternois is also closer to London than the northern UK circuits, combine that with some good French wine and a quick trip to Croix seems like a textbook track day adventure. At just 40 miles from Calais a day trip to the circuit is easily accomplished.

The track has decent run-off areas – nothing like you would see at Silverstone – but then the track speeds aren’t so high, meaning the run off at Croix is acceptable.

HISTORY: In days gone by the F1 teams used to test here before the Monaco GP – the tight twists and turns of the Croix track emulate the glittering streets of Monte Carlo and enabled the teams to refine set-up.

SUMMARY: However twisty Croix-en-Ternois may be, it is still a good track day circuit. Easy to learn and with decent facilities it makes for a relaxed track day, where ego is left at the Chunnel...
